We lease our catering to an external company. Since 2003, R.T. Gastro Ltd has taken care of the food and drink. Roland Thalmann (‘R.T.’) and his team ensure that things runs smoothly in every one of our 12 restaurants.
In the summer Roland is supported by approximately 160 catering staff, and in the winter about 40 staff. Zürichsee Gastro serves seasonal foods, and aims to use local regional produce as often as possible.
