Mussels-and-Fries Cruise

In Belgium and France, Moules Frites (mussels and fries) are a must on every menu. But the mussels, traditionally served in a typical black pan, have long since found their fans in landlocked Switzerland too. Once a month from january to april, you can enjoy mussels cooked in a vegetable broth, served with crispy French fries. And to perfect the pleasure, a cool glass (or two) of white wine and the scenic splendours of the lake and surrounding shoreline. It’s almost like a spring evening by the sea.
