Cordon-Bleu Cruise
Cordon Bleu is a popular international dish – but with Swiss origins. Tradition has it that it originated in a restaurant near Brig (Canton Valais). The schnitzel (cutlet) filled with ham and cheese was first mentioned in the early 19th century. Since then it has become a firm favourite in the cuisines of many countries and in many variations. Cordon Bleu is French for Blue Ribbon, symbolising superior quality. In May on Lake Zurich we look forward to serving you this delicious dish every Thursday. Whether classically conventional with ham and Gruyère cheese, air-dried meat with Alpine cheese, or Ticino-style with salami – the finest Swiss meat is guaranteed. Welcome aboard and enjoy your meal!
