Conditions of payment

Payment is possible in cash (CHF or Euro notes only), credit card or by invoice. A handling fee of CHF 20.- will be charged for bills under CHF 300.-. Cheques are not accepted.

Compulsory registration

Groups and/or school classes with a size of 20 persons or more are required to make a reservation as early as possible, and at least two days prior to date of travel. We are not obliged to transport groups who have not made advance reservations. Group reservations cannot be made for the River Limmat cruises.

For capacity reasons, group sizes are restricted:

Short round trips: maximum 40 persons, Long round trips: maximum 80 persons
